如最下方之前一則公告，我們獲准於暑假期間進行女生宿舍翻新工程。工程已進入準備階段，主要翻修將自第二學期(本學期)結束後的一週開始，並持續至七月與八月中旬。根據前封信件說明，工程期間原本預計安排暑期課程女學生住宿於三育中學女生宿舍，但因時間安排上相互衝突而住宿安排有所調整，請見以下說明:
- 暑期課程期間TAIS女生將搬至【三育基督學院男生宿舍】，並在TAIS女生宿舍主任的監督管理下住在所屬樓層。此宿舍與TAIS男生宿舍同棟。
- 學生同棟不同層(女生住一樓、男生住二樓)，一樓設有安全門管制以防學生進入異性宿舍區域，男女生將使用不同出入口進出宿舍。
- 宿舍內外及各出入口皆設有監視系統及防盜警鈴，以確保學生安全。
- 男女樓層皆設有衛浴設備和獨立的洗衣房以及曬衣場。
- 因女生樓層未設有自修室，晚自修時間學生將於個人寢室進行自修，自修期間房門保持開啟以利舍監管理。
- 所有暑期課程學生將被清楚告知並明白嚴禁接近或擅入異性宿舍區域(包含宿舍入口處、樓層範圍、洗衣房及戶外曬衣場)，違者將被取消留住宿舍及就讀暑期課程資格。

As mentioned in a previous letter, we have finally been approved for renovations of our girls dorm starting this summer! Preparations have already begun with the major upgrades starting the week after the end of our school year and lasting through the month of July and on into mid-August. In our last communication regarding these much-wanted renovations, we relayed how our TAIS girls would stay in a TAA girls dormitory; however, due to scheduling conflicts we need to make adjustments accordingly:
- The TAIS girls will be moving to the current TAC boys dormitory, staying on their own level under the TAIS girls dean supervision. This building is the same building as the current TAIS boys dorm.
- Students will stay in different levels (girls on the 1st floor boys on the 2nd floor). A security door is installed which prevents students from entering dorm areas of the opposite sex. Boys and girls will also use different entrances to enter/exit the dorm building.
- Inside and outside the dorm, plus at all entrances of the dorm building, surveillance and alarms systems are equipped to ensure the safety of students.
- There are bathroom/shower rooms on both levels and separate areas for laundry with no need for cross-over.
- Since there is no study hall room on the girls’ level, girls will have study hall inside their room with the room door open for the purpose of dean’s supervision.
- All students will be informed and trained into understand that it is strictly forbidden to approach or enter the dorm area of the opposite sex, including the entrances, living quarters, and outdoor laundry/drying space. Violations will be discharged from the dorm and discontinued the summer school program.

我們終於獲准於暑假期間進行女生宿舍翻新工程。我們已經找到了進行女生宿舍翻新工程的承包商，翻新工程將自第二學期(本學期)結束後的一週開始，並持續至七月與八月。
為了暑假期間順利進行翻新工程，我們將針對暑期課程女學生住宿安排進行以下調整：
TAIS暑期課程女生將搬至目前TAIS男生宿舍1F，並在TAIS女生宿舍主任的監督下住在所屬樓層(2F為TAIS暑期男生住宿樓層，將有不同的出入口)。該棟宿舍設有相關安全措施，以確保學生安全。(2023/5/18更新)
翻新工程將只會影響參加暑期課程的女學生，特此公告
We have finally been approved for renovations for our girls dorm starting this summer! We have been able to secure contractors for the girls dormitory, with upgrades starting the week after the end of our school year and lasting through the month of July and on into August.
To be able to make room for the summer renovations to happen, we will have to make the following adjustments to our summer school living situation:
The TAIS summer school girls will be moving to the current TAIS boy’s dorm 1F, staying on their own level under the TAIS girls dean supervision(TAIS summer school boys will live in 2nd floor, enter in and go out from different entrance). This building is located close to Daniel Hall and will be security measures in place to ensure students’ safety.
It should only effect our summer school attendees, as the contractors have informed us they will complete their upgrades in August.
