TAIS will be moving to whole school online learning for the remainder of this week with in-person classes resuming on Monday morning. Parents may coordinate with the staff to arrange for getting school supplies and their students the remainder of today and may plan to have students return to campus Sunday evening.
TAIS 將於本週(9/21-9/23)剩餘 3 天轉為全校線上學習課程，並於9/25(一)早上恢復實體課程。期間老師將提供學生相關教材供線上課程使用。TAIS 也已於今日(9/20)完成所有宿舍以及教學地點之清消工作。同時，TAIS 辦公室將會安排返家專車於今天(9/20)下午 4:30 送學生至台中高鐵，並於週日(9/25)晚上返回校園。
If students are still feeling poorly Sunday evening, communicate that to the staff. Students ask for COVID prevention leave will continue the online learning at home until you are fully recovered.
如果學生在週日晚上仍然感覺身體不適，請與舍監聯絡。

【暑期課程防疫措施說明】:
校園防疫將以衛福部與南投縣府發布之防疫規定辦理，另外:
1. 每周日返校前須進行快篩測試，結果為陰性者者得返校。若返家後出現發燒、上呼吸道症狀者如咳嗽，也請暫時留在家中直到康復再行返校(須提供快篩陰性結果)
2. 課程期間若確診，或成為確診者之密切接觸者(與確診者同課程、同寢室)，將需要返家3日，以線上進行後續課程(若因此申請退費將只退<食宿費用>部分，請留意)，快篩結果為陰性始得返回繼續實體課程
3.宿舍、教室將進行每日清消，每節課下課前將由各課程學生協助進行教室桌椅桌面酒精清潔，同時學生將需要按照指定座位表上課，不得任意更換座位

因應南投縣政府於 2022/06/01 之公告，本機構將暫停實體課程並持續線上遠距教學至 111 年 6 月 12 日止。並視屆時疫情狀況做滾動式調整。

所有學生須先在家進行家用快篩檢測，結果為陰性方可於 111/06/12(週日)下午返回宿舍。111/06/13 星期一恢復實體課程

為防制「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎」（COVID-19）疫情，兼顧家長考量及校園安全，本機構依據前項暫停實體課程，以彈性措施進行線上遠距教學，鑑於本機構為住宿型實驗教育機構，並且採用跑班式上課方式，考量整體防疫情況尚未穩定，TAIS校園防疫小組專責會議決議延長線上遠距教學至111年6月5日止。並視屆時疫情狀況做滾動式調整。
- 返校時間: 111年6月5日(週日)，搭乘校車或自行接送
- 學生須提供快篩結果，當日返校前，所有學生請先在家進行家用快篩檢測，結果為陰性方可於111/06/05(週日)下午返回宿舍。
學生返家期間若有發燒、呼吸道感染或感冒等症狀者，須先留在家中至症狀完全痊癒再返校，並請在週日返校前通知男女舍監，保護自己，也保護他人。
- For ALL Students, before returning to school on June 5 (Sunday), all students are required to take a rapid test at home on the morning of June 5 (Sunday), and the result must be negative and the photo shared before returning to the dormitory on the evening of June 5 (Sunday).
On Monday, June 6, in-person classes will resume. In addition, If students have flu symptoms during the break, please inform the school or the deans and stay at home until you have completely recovered before coming back to school.

實體課程防疫措施更新
<口罩配戴規定Mask Rules>
- 加強宣導並執行口罩配戴規定，所有時間一律配戴口罩。下列狀況、條件下可摘除口罩: 飲食、喝水、洗澡或在自己的宿舍房間與同寢室室友相處時。
To enforce mask rules. Masks are required at all times except for: eating, drinking, showering, or in their OWN dorm rooms with their OWN roommates.
- 校區建築物內全面禁止飲食。學生只得於餐廳、宿舍內指定區域以及自己的寢室內飲食。
Students are only allowed to eat in the cafeteria, partitioned areas of the dorm, and their own dorm rooms. No snacks in the school buildings.
<外出規定Town Trips>
- 學生外出次數減少至每週2次，每次外出時間縮短為1小時。Reduce towntrips to 2 times a week, and shorten to 1 hour only each time.
- 若學生因未遵守口罩配戴規定而收到違規單，則取消當週外出福利。每週結束後重新計算。
Students will not be allowed to go on town trips if they have received a red ticket for not properly following mask rules. This is only one week at a time and resets each week.
<週末活動Weekend Schedule>
- 學生返校後的第一個週末(5/20)將調整為留校週，若無其他緊急狀況則將按照原本行事曆之安排至本學期結束。
The first weekend after students return will be adjusted to be an On-Campus weekend (May 20). We will follow the school calendar for the rest of the semester if there is no emergency situation.
- 週五晚上及週六早上的師生小組時間暫停小組餐食提供，週六學生早餐改至宿舍內以隔板用餐。
Students will have Sabbath morning breakfast in the dorm with dividers, and eating snacks or meals in small groups are suspended until further notice.
<環境清消Environmental Disinfection>
- 原本安排早晚各一次的清消時間，因考量到TAIS為跑班制，每堂課使用教室的學生老師皆不同，為確保學習環境的安全，改為每節課提前5分鐘結束，由課堂老師帶領學生進行教室課桌椅消毒。
5 minutes before the end of each class, teachers will have students sterilize classrooms.
<其他Others>
- 所有教職員皆須於5/16星期一前完成快篩測試，測試結果為陰性者方能返回工作崗位。
All teachers and staff will take rapid tests before school starts on Monday, May 16. Tested negatives are allowed to return to work.
- 後續的校園防疫措施，將依疫情及政府公告做滾動式調整並另行通知家長。

確診學生返校: 請依據 1922 通知完成 10+7 天之居家隔離後,並在返校當天於返
校前進行快篩,快篩結果為陰性方得返校
其他學生:則於 111/05/15(日)當日返校並須先在家進行家用快篩檢測,結果為陰性方可返回。
111/05/16 星期一恢復實體課程，另因防疫需要，行事曆調整如下:
– 原訂 5/20-22 為返家週將變更為留校週
– 原訂 5/27-29 將維持為留校週。
TAIS is a boarding school and has a moving class structure, there is a high possiblity of direct and indirect close contact during this time when the epidemic has not yet stabilized. Therefore, the TAIS campus epidemic prevention team had decided to extend the online distance learning to May 15, 2022.
For students who have had positive PCR tests: please follow the 1922/CECC instructions after completing the 10+7 days of home quarantine, and take a rapid test on the last day before returning to school. Only with a negative rapid test result can they return to school.
For other students: before returning to school on May 15 (Sunday), all students are required to take a rapid test at home on the morning of May 15 (Sunday).
May 16, in-person classes will resume. In addition, the school calendar will be changed as follows:
– May 20-22 will be changed to an on-campus weekend.
– May 27-29 will still be an on-campus weekend.

根據南投縣教育處之最新校園防疫公告指示，TAIS校園戶外公共區域將暫停對外開放，並暫停所有一切非必要公務之外客拜訪至5/31/2022止
According to Nantou government’s Covid-19 policy announcement for schools, TAIS campus will fellow and thus be not temporarily open for public visitors until May 31, 2022.

因校內出現確診學生，考量到TAIS為跑班的上課型態及住宿型學校，學生皆會有直接與間接性密切接觸之可能，需被匡列的學生將達近三分之一之全機構學生人數，按南投縣衛生局之防疫規定須進行3+4的居家隔離與自主防疫，因此，自111/04/28星期四下午一點起至111/05/08星期日，TAIS將停課不停學，預防性暫停全校實體課程並改為在家線上課程10天。
學生安置部分，家長需於111/04/28(四)當日來校接回孩子返家，若無法於當日接回學生之家長，請致電辦公室，我們將盡力協助安置學生一人一室留宿直至家長接回。
111/05/08(日) 當日返校前，所有學生須在家進行家用快篩檢測，結果為陰性方可於111/05/08(週日)晚間返回宿舍，111/05/09星期一恢復實體課程。

因應疫情升溫，TAIS將新增以下因應之返家週防疫須知與措施:
As the epidemic heats up, TAIS informs you that the school will take the following measures for off campus weekends:
1. 返家期間若有發燒、呼吸道感染或感冒等症狀者，請先留在家中至症狀完全痊癒再返校，並請在週日返校前通知男女舍監，保護自己，也保護他人
If you have flu-like symptoms during the break, please inform the school and stay at home until you have completely recovered before coming back to school.
2. 若接收到與確診者足跡重疊之簡訊或是收到1922電話通知為匡列對象需隔離時，請遵照email附件之流程圖檔指示進行下一步
If you receive a text message from CEEC/1922 that overlaps with the footprint of the confirmed case, or if you receive a call from 1922 to inform you of quarantine, please follow the procedures in the attached schematic file in the email.
3. 校園因應COVID-19疫情暫停實體課程實施流程圖，請參閱email附件教育部修正發布之檔案。
If you receive a text message from the Epidemic Command Center that overlaps with the footprint of the confirmed person, or if you receive a 1922 call to inform you of quarantine, please follow the procedures in the attached schematic file in the email.
4. 返家之學生，請家長協助讓學生盡可能留在家，減少非必要之外出，外出時請戴口罩並勤洗手
Parents who have students coming back home, please help us encourage them to stay indoors, avoid unnecessary excursions to the outside, and if need be, please make sure to wear your masks and wash/ disinfect your hands.
5. 留校週與校園防疫措施請參考TAIS官網公告與4/15/2022之電子郵件。TAIS將密切留意疫情發展並將根據疫情情勢調整上課方式，以簡訊及email隨時與家長保持密切聯繫並更新相關訊息。

TAIS 將新增以下留校週防疫措施:
TAIS informs you that the school will take the following measures for on campus weekends:
1. 留校週期間若需要來校園探望孩子或帶孩子外出，宿舍不開放家長進入，請務
於週六晚上先以電話通知男女舍監，方便先請孩子去宿舍外等候
If you need to come to the campus to visit your children or take your children out during the on-weekend, the dormitory is not open for parents to enter. Please notify the deans by phone by Saturday night so that the children can wait outside of the dorm.
2. 進入校園前請依校門口規定進行實名制與酒精消毒，車子可行駛至男女宿舍外，請於宿舍外等候孩子勿進入宿舍
Before entering the campus, please scan the QR Code and do the sterilization according to the regulations at the school gate. The car can drive outside the dormitory. Please wait outside the dorm and DO NOT enter into the dorm.
3. 疫情期間帶孩子外出時也請避開人潮之處並做好個人防疫措施
Parents who have students coming back home, please help us encourage them to stay indoors, avoid unnecessary excursions to the outside, and if need be, please make sure to wear your masks and wash/ disinfect your hands.

鑒於台灣疾管署發布日之訊息，疫情有升溫之跡象， TAIS將有以下通知與措施:
1. 原訂本週日(4/17)舉辦之校慶園遊會(Homecoming)因疫情考量將取消停辦
Homecoming was originally supposed to be held this coming Sunday but now will be canceled.
2.原訂於4/19-4/21之-7-8年級戶外挑戰營將延期擇日再辦理，TAIS將會重新討論日期後另行通知家長
Outdoor camp of 7-8th graders was originally supposed to be held next week but now will be adjusted. #TAIS will announce again the details of the trip and reassess to see if we need to cancel according tothe Ministry of Health and Welfare’s announcement for the Covid-19 situation in Taiwan.
3.原訂於4/18舉辦之一日體驗營(One day camp)將取消辦理，改為一般上課日照常上課
One day camp was originally supposed to be held next coming Monday but now will be canceled. It will be a normal school day.
4. 根據南投縣教育處之最新校園防疫公告指示，TAIS校園戶外公共區域將暫停對外開放，並暫停所有一切非必要公務之外客拜訪
